Dear Industry Partners:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) and the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) will hold a Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) Network, Cloud, and Cyber Services (NCCS) 2.0 Industry Day. This (NOSC) (NCCS) 2.0 Industry Day is in response to the following Request for Information (RFI) that was released on SAM.gov on February 19, 2026:

Registration: Attendance will be taken for all participants. Each company is limited to three (3) representatives. Each company participant must complete the registration form accessed in the Link section of this Sam.gov announcement or in the attached industry day notice in the attachment section. Registration for this event will be closed on May 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET.
A Microsoft Teams link to the Industry day will be sent to all registered participants.
Submission of Questions: Industry is invited to submit questions in writing prior to Industry Day. All questions should be emailed to Michael Lipperini at [email protected] and Nicole Belanger at [email protected] no later than 2:00 PM ET, May 12, 2026.
