COMMERCIAL COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICTATION PROJECT NAME: 2022 Mexican Spotted Owl (MSO) Inventory and Monitoring IDIQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitaiton number: 127EAU22R0002 and issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clausees are thos in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-01 dated 12/06/2021. The result of this requirement will result in a Multiple-Award IDIQ Contract. This is issued as 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE with an associated NAICS code of 541620 and small business standard size standare of $16.5 M, PSC: F019 Description: Mexican spotted owl (MSO) (Strix occidentalis lucida) surveys may be needed throughout national forests in Arizona and New Mexico.
