Weed Inventory and Treatment - San Juan National Forest

The San Juan National Forest, an agency within the Forest Service, is soliciting proposals for multiple firm-fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide weed inventory and treatment management. The scope of work includes surveying and treating vegetation along roads, trails, timber sale areas, and powerline rights-of-way, as well as meadows, wildfire areas, facilities, and wilderness areas. This procurement is designated as a small business set-aside (SBA; SBA) under NAICS 115310, Support Activities for Forestry, and PSC F099, Natural Resources/Conservation- Other.

The performance period for the IDIQ contracts spans from 2022 through 2025, consisting of a base year and two option years. Initial task orders are expected to begin approximately in June 2022 and will be awarded concurrently with the master contracts. Performance will take place in Durango, Colorado, and across the San Juan National Forest.

Responses to solicitation number 1240LP22R0002 are due by March 21, 2022. The solicitation includes seven attachments, such as a past performance data sheet, a fire plan, an invasive species user guide, a noxious weed species identification guide, and a project map.
