The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Devens located in Ayer, Massachusetts intends to issue solicitation 15B20520Q00000019 for Roman Catholic Religious Services. The Government will award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the responsible quoter(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the best overall value to the Government; in regards to price, delivery, and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 31, 2020, and will be posted to www.betasam.gov.
