View moreThe Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) intends to issue solicitation SPE60424R0400 for the supply of retail electricity and ancillary services to various Department of Defense installations and Federal Civilian agency facilities. The requirements serve accounts located across Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island within the Independent System Operator New England (ISO-NE) market area.
