Solicitation number 140G0126Q0153 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Mail Room, Copy Center, and Warehouse Logistics services.

The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is requesting discounted open-market firm-fixed price quotation packages for onsite mail room, copy center, and warehouse logistics services for the Earth Resources Observation and Science Center (EROS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement located in the RFQ, to be delivered to Sioux Falls, SD for the following performance period:

Base Period: 09/01/2026 - 08/31/2027
Option Period 1: 09/01/2027 - 08/31/2028
Option Period 2: 09/01/2028 - 08/31/2029Option Period 3: 09/01/2029 - 08/31/2030Option Period 4: 09/01/2030 - 08/31/2031In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c)(4)(vi), all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
