Local Liaison Advisory Services IDIQ in Haiti

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is seeking applications from qualified citizens living in Haiti to provide Local Liaison Advisory Services (LLAS) under solicitation 20343120Q00005. This requirement is categorized under NAICS 813219 Other Grantmaking and Giving Services and PSC R408 Support- Professional: Program Management/Support. The selected contractor will perform duties as a part-time LLAS Contractor in Haiti, with the potential for optional sub-contracting for technical consultants.
