Under Solicitation SPE605-20-R-0227, the Government intends to procure multiple petroleum fuel products using FAR Parts 12 and 15. Fuel products will be procured for DLA Energy Posts, Camps and Stations (PC&S) Purchase Program 3.28, Customer Organized Group (COG) 8, which is comprised of Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Civilian Agencies located in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.
