The Federal Prison System, Bureau of Prisons, has issued this Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified sources for upcoming residential reentry and home confinement services within the Hampton Roads, Virginia metro area. The anticipated requirement includes both Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement (HC) services for male and female offenders. The primary area of performance encompasses the cities of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Poquoson, and Williamsburg, with the geographical radius for home confinement extending 100 miles from the facility. The Bureau of Prisons expects to release the formal solicitation, 15BRRC26R00000002, on or about May 30, 2026. This forthcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) is projected to have a closing date approximately 60 days after its issuance.
