CMS SPARC Prime, Ventech continues to quietly bolster team, adds VP to lead Government Solutions

G2X TAKE: The big hires keep coming for Ventech Solutions as, just weeks after learning that this CMS SPARC and newly announced CIO-SP3 SB Prime had added a VP for Healthcare Enterprise Solutions, comes word that established industry executive Kirk Grothe, who previously spent several years at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) implementing Healthcare reform, is taking on a new challenge. 

Prior roles include:

  • Chief Executive Officer – Livanta 
  • Vice President – Truven Health Analytics 
  • Acting Group Director, Deputy Group Director, Division Director – Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services 
  • Solutions Leader – IBM

G2X TAKE: Over the course of the last 6 months we have seen this CMS SPARC and newly announced CIO-SP3 SB Prime continue to add senior Federal Health and growth leaders to the team, to include the recent addition of a Digital Experience and Transformation Leader to serve as Vice President for Healthcare Enterprise Solutions. Recent additions include:

Nathan Anthony, a senior-level leader who performs across a variety of project types and in internal and external-facing roles, has taken on a new role as Vice President for Healthcare Enterprise Solutions at Ventech Solutions.

Prior roles include:

  • Sr. Director, Health Technologies – IBM Watson Health
  • Director – Truven Health Analytics
  • Lead Associate – Booz Allen Hamilton

This move comes only a few months after recruiting established CMS Industry leader, Tonia Bleecher as a Senior Vice President for Healthcare Enterprise Solutions where she brings her 20 years of leadership experience within multi-disciplined teams and expertise in strategy, business development, client relations, quality delivery, and account management.

Prior roles include:

  • Senior Vice President, General Manager, Federal – Truven Health Analytics, part of the IBM Watson Health business
  • Principal, Health Account and Account lead for CMS – Booz Allen Hamilton

Big investments do not guarantee big results, but they do signify intent. Round Two – By the end of January, you can expect to see another couple hundred opportunities that cut across Q2, Q3, and Q4 of FY19 and the first part of FY20.
