G2X TAKE: Beating out seven other bidders GDIT, a major Federal Health player and partner to VA, adds a new 5-year Department of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Security Architecture Support task. The task, valued at $45M, was awarded using T4NG.
- GDIT can lay claim to extensive past performance with VA to include a $201M Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) DevOps task; a $307M File Conversion Services task; and a notable $900M VA Veterans Intake, Conversion and Communication Services (VICCS) IDIQ.
- Continuing to build out its team, early this year GDIT recruited Johnston Williamson, looking to leverage his perspective gained as an acquisition leader supporting Veterans Affairs for more than a decade. Other recent moves have included recruiting Paul Sommers as a Chief Technology Officer; recruiting Jeffrey Chesko as Senior Director, GWAC Program Office; and tapping industry leader Dave Collins as Vice President.
