VA awards $40M Workforce Management and Consulting (WMC) Human Resource modernization task

G2X TAKE: Trilogy Federal beat out two other bidders to be awarded a 5-year, $40M contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs to support Human Resource modernization efforts with Workforce Management and Consulting (WMC) within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).  

Trilogy will assist WMC in reorganizing HR structures, functions and resources into new shared service models to improve customer service for VHA’s 360,000 employees.  This award complements Trilogy’s existing modernization efforts with VHA Finance and the VHA Office of Community Care in supporting VHA’s Integrated Veteran Care initiative. 

This award was made under VHA’s Integrated Healthcare Transformation marking Trilogy’s 18th task order award on the vehicle.

  • This award follows seven other recent tasks Trilogy was awarded on the VA IHT IDIQ to close out FY2021 to include tasks to support VHA’s Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) initiative; a task to refresh and perform the VHA annual Survey of Enrollees; and a task to provide strategic communications support to VHA’s Office of Community Engagement’s VHA National Center for Healthcare Advancement & Partnerships’ (HAP) efforts.   • Trilogy has seen a string of recent success with VA to include a 5-year task with the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide Tele-Critical Care Support Services the team was awarded earlier this summer; a 2020 $38M VHA OCC Program Management Support task; a $22M VA Finance Modernization Support Task; and $40M+ in new wins at Veterans Affairs to close out Fiscal year 2020.   
  • Trilogy Federal was among the list of Prime awardees named last year to the $1B VHA Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) IDIQ, intended to provide a vehicle for a wide range of general management and business services and solutions in the broad health care environment. Functional categories include: Health System Transformation and Innovation, Implementation and Operations Support and Specialized Health Systems Functions.     
  • The Trilogy team has been building out its team and talent of late tapping industry leader Ravindra Gupta for VP Healthcare; and adding Chris Hare as VP for Financial Management and Enterprise Risk Management. These followed the addition of Marti Roper as VP of Performance Transformation. 
  • Led by President and CEO Matt Magazu; COO Eric McNutt; CTO Brandon Bridwell; and CIO Mike Sotak,Trilogy Federal was named to the list of NXT UP firms poised to make big waves in the Federal sector in 2020 and for years to come.
