G2X TAKE: Concept Plus, an 8(a) small business and longtime partner to the Defense Health Agency, recently beat out two bidders and hurdled a protest to be awarded a 5-year contract to provide ongoing sustainment support services for ILER. This contract was competed as a small business set-aside using GSA IT-70.
Note: A protest had been filed in relation to the DHA ILER award, but that protest was recently denied by GAO. No further details as to the grounds for the protest nor the denial have been revealed at this time.
Note: For security purposes, the release of DoD awards can be delayed as much as 90 days after the action.
