TISTA secures $40M Transformed-Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS) support task at CMS

G2X TAKE: Competed as a SDVOSB set-aside on SPARC, this 5-year task is to support continued efforts around sustainment and enhancement of T-MSIS, a “data ingestion application and reporting tool that encompasses the complete history, demographic information and provider enrollment data produced in the daily operation of the Medicaid and CHIP programs.”
Listed late last year as one of the 12 Fed Health IT Firms who came to play, awardee TISTA continues to steadily expand their presence at CMS to include notable prior prime task awards such as a $10M National Level Repository (NLR) Design & Development task, a $76.4M task to support the CMS Advanced Provider Screening (APS), a $22M QPP Cost Scoring Agile Delivery Services task, and a $42M CMS Clinical Data Abstraction Center (CDAC) Support contract. This T-MSIS support task drew no other bidders.
Access to multiple key contract vehicles that CMS has relied on of late, to include CMS SPARC, the ADELE BPA and CIO-SP3 SB, coupled with this SDVOSB's proven ability to score highly competitive tasks has made this group a popular teaming call to make as firms look for potential partners who can help them win.
