G2X TAKE: Beating out 14 other bidders, HUBZone, 8(a) and woman-owned small business and CMS SPARC Prime, Sparksoft, was recently awarded a 4-year task that supports this central repository for capturing, organizing, aggregating, and analyzing information related to CMS’ mission of implementing and operating the Affordable Care Act program. This task was competed using CMS SPARC.
- A relative newcomer to the Federal Health sector, Sparksoft quietly added several CMS industry veterans prior to and immediately after picking up a Prime award on the CMS SPARC IDIQ, to include longtime industry leader Michael Finkel as Chief Executive Officer Venky Natarajan as its Chief Operating Officer and Slava Shubinsky as the company’s Chief Information Security Officer/Chief Privacy Officer.
- In addition to the MIDAS award, Sparksoft was also awarded a 53-month CMS task for Independent Validation and Verification Testing in support of CMMI and remains very much in the mix for an award on the CMS Data Services Hub (DSH) contract.
- NIH NITAAC recently selected Sparksoft as an awardee for the 8(a) portion of the $20B CIO-SP3 SB On-Ramp.
