Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) has
a comprehensive, highly customized customer relationship management (CRM)
Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that supports the operational,
analytical, stakeholder engagement, and reporting needs of ONC programs and grants,
and the Stakeholder Engagement Division within ONC’s Immediate Office. The goal
of this contract is to customize this system further and to provide seamless
support for multiple interaction types and for a wider set of groups within and
working with ONC, including external grantees, program offices, the project
management office, senior management, grants management, procurement
management, stakeholder engagement, and other Department of Health and Human Services
(HHS) agencies/offices, etc…
The response is due 09/01/2016 1000 ED
G2X TAKE: This 4-year contract out of the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) Office of Programs and Engagement is to build upon the current functionality provided by the CRM, facilitating interactions between ONC staff and their partners, while improving ONC’s ability to monitor and report the adoption of Health IT nationwide. While heavy on services, this task includes the purchase of Salesforce.com licenses
