Solicitation: EA support for HHS Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)

The EA program also provides direct consulting services and support for STAFFDIVs and some OPDIVs of the Department where EA technical skills or resources are unavailable….”

G2X TAKE: Having been awarded a 5 year $100M BPA in 2011 to provide EA support, one CIO-SP3 SB prime’s phone is certain to have been ringing off the hook this weekend as the RFQ for this 5-year task was released.

This effort to provide necessary staff and assistance to support HHS OCIO in its goal of “advancing a comprehensive, results-oriented HHS-wide architecture that is aligned with the Federal Enterprise Architecture” will receive a fair share of attention.

Looking to partner? eGlobalTech, a CIO-SP3 SB prime via  their JV HIT Venture , will be a favorite option based on their experience as prime on a $100M BPA for the HHS OCIO to provide Enterprise Architecture (EA) and IT strategy support , but they won’t be the only firm drawing attention for this important solicitation. Other firms who score highly on the G2X partnering algorithm based on their past performance, relationships with this client and expertise include iVision, Inc, Digital Infuzion, ASRC Federal/DNC, Deloitte, Engility and DRT Strategies.
