This task was competed and awarded as a small business set-aside using the $25B multiple-award CMS SPARC IDIQ.

- Led by CEO, Atchut Kanthamani, Softrams can lay claim to experience as a subcontractor and partner on several high-profile programs at CMS, to include the FPS 2.0 Program; the IBOSC and ABOSC Programs; the MIPS-APM Portal Implementation; and National Level Repository. In addition, they have added several significant wins of late, to include being selected as an awardee for the $50M CMS ACO-OS and User Interface Support contract; adding a $36M Medicare Shared Savings Program (SSP) O&M Support contract; and a $49M Health Plan Management System Website Support task they were awarded in 2018.
- Softrams is one of the Fed Civ & Health firms recently noted as the most innovative technology companies in the region and they were named last year to the list of NXT UP firms poised to make big waves in the Federal sector for years to come.
