SDVOSB scores 7 tasks on VA IHT IDIQ

G2X TAKE: Continuing its winning ways with VA, SDVOSB Management and IT consulting firm Trilogy Federal, with core capabilities in Performance Transformation, Financial Management, Healthcare and Benefits, Systems Integration, IT, and Data Analytics, closed out FY2021 with a slew of additional wins in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

  • Trilogy Federal was awarded a 1-year, $2.3M task to support VHA’s Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) initiative. Phase 1 of IVC will help VHA integrate finance functions and launch the IVC model design. The IVC team will work closely with the existing VHA OCFO modernization team and OCC PMO support team to consolidate revenue operations and additional financial functions within Office of Community Care (OCC) into Office of Finance. This award was made under VHA’s Integrated Healthcare Transformation IDIQ marking Trilogy’s 11th task order award on the vehicle.
  • Trilogy Federal was also awarded a 4-year, $6.3M task to refresh and perform the VHA annual Survey of Enrollees. Trilogy will support the VHA Chief Strategy Office in performing the annual survey of enrolled Veterans’ health care perceptions and experiences while simultaneously performing the first full-scale refresh of the survey questionnaire in over a decade. The survey results are used to support VHA projections of enrollment, utilization, and expenditures, as well as a variety of high level VHA budget and policy related analyses. This award was made under VHA’s IHT IDIQ marking Trilogy’s 12th task order award on the vehicle.
  • The team was awarded a 2-year task with Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Women’s Health (WH) to conduct an independent comprehensive study of the barriers to the provision of comprehensive health care for women who are Veterans. The Study will take place over 23 months and will involve conducting and completing a structured survey of women from each of the 18 Veteran Integrated Service Networks (VISNs). The study will involve conducting and completing questionnaires of, at minimum, 7200 women or approximately 400 women from each of the 18 Veteran Integrated Service Networks (VISNs). This award marks the 13th win on Trilogy’s IHT vehicle.
  • Trilogy Federal was also recently awarded a 5-year task to provide strategic communications support to VHA’s Office of Community Engagement’s VHA National Center for Healthcare Advancement & Partnerships’ (HAP) efforts to honor America’s Veterans by cultivating public-private partnerships and exploring emerging therapies when other treatments have not been successful.  As part of this effort, Trilogy will provide strategic communication services to effectively leverage a broad range of VA communication channels, such as communication sites, VA social media, print media, and similar messaging, and external sources, such as peer-reviewed journals, national professional journals, and Veteran Service Office (VSO) publications. This award marks the 14th win on Trilogy’s Integrated Healthcare Transformation vehicle.
  • Trilogy Federal was awarded a 2-year task to perform a Web Presence Redesign for the VHA Office of Nursing Services (ONS). Trilogy will perform a comprehensive analysis, future state visioning, and implementation of a refreshed web presence, an integral tool in the implementation of ONS’ communications strategy to an audience of 100,000 nurses and the leadership and infrastructure supporting them. This award was made under VHA’s Integrated Healthcare Transformation IDIQ marking Trilogy’s 15th task order award on the vehicle.
  • Trilogy Federal will also be supporting VA’s Office of Business Oversight in conducting Financial and Operational Fitness Assessment (FOFA) reviews with an emphasis on CARES Act funding for the Grant Per Diem (GPD) program office. This one-year task order supporting GPD is an essential and critical part of Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and is vital for providing safe transitional housing and supportive services for homeless Veterans. This award was made under VHA’s IHT IDIQ marking Trilogy’s 16th task order award on the vehicle.
  • Finally, Trilogy Federal was awarded a 5-year task to support VA’s GAO OIG Accountability Liaison (GOAL) Program office. Trilogy will be responsible for assisting the GOAL office with submitting professional, timely and accurate correspondence with Congress. The team will support the review of Congressionally Mandated Reports (CMR) and Congressionally Tracked Reports (CTR) to ensure VA fulfills its reporting obligations to Congressional Oversight and Appropriations committees. This award was made under VHA’s Integrated Healthcare Transformation IDIQ marking Trilogy’s 17th task order award on the vehicle.
