G2X TAKE: Building on a growing footprint at CMS, 8(a) small business and CMS SPARC Prime Scope Infotech, who has supported the design, development, and management of health IT systems since their inception in 2007, has been awarded a new 5-year contract to focus on administration, management, maintenance, training and support of the existing Microsoft systems and integrated tools, as well as future modernization to cloud-based DevSecOps within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

- Scope Infotech is by no means a new face at CMS as this Federally-focused 8(a) STARS II Prime has delivered numerous solutions in support of the Agency, to include providing Enterprise Content Management support; work on USSDECT in support of CMS and its stakeholders; supporting CMS under the Electronic Medical Document Interoperability (EMDI) contract; supporting the CMS Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Patient Level Data contract; working with CMS’ OEDA supporting the CMS Data Navigator maintenance; providing Quality Payment Program IT development support; as part of an award to provide CMS Exchange Collaboration Tool Support; and including a recent award of a 5-year contract to provide O&M services for IT systems and applications that support the implementation of the insurance marketplaces.
