G2X TAKE: Scope Infotech, an 8(a) small business and CMS SPARC Prime, who has supported the design, development, and management of health IT systems since their inception in 2007, recently beat out 5 other bidders to secure this 5-year contract to provide O&M services for IT systems and applications that support the implementation of the insurance marketplaces. Competed as a task on CMS SPARC, this effort is part of the General Program Systems Support (GPSS) program.

- Scope Infotech is by no means a new face at CMS as this Federally-focused 8(a) STARS II Prime has delivered numerous solutions in support of the Agency, to include providing Enterprise Content Management support; work on USSDECT in support of CMS and its stakeholders; supporting CMS under the Electronic Medical Document Interoperability (EMDI) contract; supporting the CMS Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Patient Level Data contract; working with CMS’ OEDA supporting the CMS Data Navigator maintenance; providing Quality Payment Program IT development support; and as part of a recent award to provide CMS Exchange Collaboration Tool Support.
