G2X TAKE: If you blinked, you missed this RFI released out of the Army IM/IT Department, to provide a range of support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH) and their approximately 5500 users.
An RFI was released mid last week on IT-70 under ID# RFQ1254263 with the response due date of yesterday, 12/10.
The incumbent on this opportunity appears to be SVD STARS II, a joint venture of VersaTech, Inc., Singhal & Company, and Dynanet Corp, who according to this recent FBO posting, received a 6-month extension in late FY17, as the Army weighed how best to proceed in light of a recent protest.
With more than $10M in tasks awarded to SVD STARS in support of FBCH since June of 2016, the interest in this opportunity will rise a bit, though the quick turn on this RFI will run off more than a few.
