G2X TAKE: ProSphere, a service-disabled Veteran-owned IT services provider and major partner to the Department of Veterans Affairs, that advances health and IT in 13 Federal Government agencies in over 24 states nationwide, just beat out 6 other bidders to be awarded this 4-year task.
- This award to kick off 2021 comes on the heels of a busy 2020 for this longtime partner to the VA, to include adding a recent VA Enterprise Architecture Technical Architecture Support task win; a VA CPIC Recompete; a $10M Office of Equity Access & Inclusion IT Support Task; and a $17M VA PIV Systems Support task to provide Personal Identity Verification Systems O&M, sustainment, and engineering support services. In addition to their wins at VA, ProSphere secured a Prime role in 2020 on the $20B CIO-SP3 Small Business Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
- ProSphere made several hires in recent years to support continued growth at VA and across the broader Federal market, to include adding Bob Phoebus as Chief Growth Officer; adding industry leader Gary Ricketts as their new Chief Service Delivery Officer; and recruiting experienced Proposal Management Professional Nathan Danforth.
- This T4NG Prime, and the lone T4 On-Ramp awardee, has easily been one of the fastest growing and most successful SDVOSB firms for this decade and they were recently named to the updated list of the NXT UP firms poised to make big waves in the Federal sector in 2020 and for years to come.
- This success has not gone unnoticed as ProSphere was recently named to the 10th Washington Business Journal’s List of Largest Cybersecurity Companies in Greater D.C.; and ranked 7th on Washington Business Journal’s List of Largest Veteran-Owned Companies in Greater D.C. The company was also recently recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Labor as one of the recipients of the 2020 HIRE Vets Platinum Medallion Award for their commitment to Veteran hiring and retention, as well as providing Veteran-specific resources, leadership programming, human resources, and compensation and tuition assistance programs. This is the second year in a row for this award.
