G2X TAKE: Building on several recent wins in support of multiple institutes at the National Institutes of Health, Booz Allen Hamilton, a global technology and management consulting firm, just beat out four other bidders to be awarded a new 5-year task. Funded out of NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), this task was competed and awarded using CIO-SP3.

- This award is the just the latest in a string of recent wins for Booz Allen at NIH, to include a National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism awards Systems Support Contract; a 5-year NIH NIAMS Application Development and Modernization task they were awarded last Fall; and a Prime award they picked up on the NIH Business and Professional Support Services II IDIQ in early 2019.
- Booz Allen Hamilton was identified as one of the Federal Health consulting firms creating a BUZZ.
