From new contracts to climbing revenues to receiving one of the biggest federal IT contracts ever, it has been a busy month for Cerner.
Here are seven company updates from the vendor.
- Cerner was awarded a new contract to provide its EHR platform to three health systems in Vancouver, Canada. The contract bid for the Clinical & Systems Transformation Project was originally awarded to IBM, who had been working on the project for several years. However, the project was riddled with issues, and project leaders reevaluated and decided to select a new vendor.
- Cerner integrated NARxCHECK into its EHR to help combat prescription drug abuse. NARxCHECK is an analytics solution offering
