Make that $200M in NIH NIAID IT Support awards for NETE

Updated March 22, 2019

G2X TAKE: If we sound like a broken record, it is because we are getting lazy here at G2X and are just tacking this most recent $23M award to support NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) CMSP requirement onto the growing and long list of wins for this fast-rising Digital Solutions Provider and CIO-SP3 SB Prime. There is honestly not much more we can say that hasn’t been said below, except wow.

This most recent 5-year award to NETE will be to provide support for CMSP in a range of areas, to include policy and organization information resource management; strategy and planning performance assessment models and methods; program and project management; portfolio analysis and reporting; IT investment management; ITIM technology evaluation and selection support; information security and information assurance; enterprise architecture; and data analysis and visualization.

Like the other task awards mentioned below, this task was competed using CIO-SP3 SB as other than small business. There was one other bidder for this task.

G2X TAKE: Adding to two recent wins totaling $94M that fast-rising Digital Solutions Provider and CIO-SP3 SB Prime NETE picked up in support of NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) (see thread below), comes word of another $83M task award. This one is to provide Application Development support to the NIAID Office of Cyber Infrastructure and Computational Biology (OCICB).

Like the other task awards mentioned below, this 5-year task was competed using CIO-SP3 SB as other than small business, drawing 5 other bidders.

G2X TAKENETE, a very fast-rising Digital Solutions Provider and CIO-SP3 SB Prime, was recently awarded two 5-year tasks in support of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).

The first award – As part of a $47M 5-year task, the NETE team will provide the NIAID CIO with required subject matter expertise and skill sets to assist in the execution of the NIAID OCIO’s Cybersecurity and Operations Assurance Program (COAP). “The program supports NIAID programs of research and research training involving causes, diagnoses, treatment and prevention of emerging and re-emerging immunologic and infectious diseases and biodefense.” There were three overall bidders for this effort.

Win #2 – In support of the CDMS requirement, NETE will provide personnel and expertise in scientific and administrative data management; IT; contract program management; and informatics support consulting services; to include project management; business and technical architecture; application, system, and database design and development; and systems security and information assurance support activities. This 5-year task, also valued at $47M, drew one other bid.

Both tasks were competed and awarded using CIO-SP3 SB as other than small business.
