G2X TAKE: While not specifically heath focused, the news that this leading provider of advanced technology, intelligence, and mission support solutions to civilian agencies, has acquired this firm that helps Federal civilian organizations use technology and human-centered design to solve complex mission-critical problems, will be big news across the Federal Civilian sector.
- Earlier this year IntelliBridge acquired Alethix, a fast-growing 8(a) woman-owned small business consultancy who specializes in Information Infrastructure Transformation Services, further broadening their Federal Civilian footprint, while adding Prime access to several key contract vehicles.
- This is just the latest in a series of strategic moves for IntelliBridge that have taken place since being acquired by a Private Equity firm Enlightenment Capital in 2019, to include acquiring IntelliWare and re-branding the newly combined Trowbridge/IntelliWare entity as IntelliBridge last Spring.
