Vid is armed with over 26 years of diverse Healthcare and regulatory industry experience ranging from Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Research Organizations to Medical Device manufacturing.
In announcing the move Vid posted: “Yesterday was Dr. Amy Abernethy’s last day at the FDA. She was the Principle Deputy Commissioner (PDC) and Acting Chief Information Officer (CIO). In her journey so far, Amy has held many titles and excelled at all of them! …From today, I take on the responsibility of Acting #CIO for the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in addition to my existing role as Chief Technology Officer (#CTO)….” See the post here.
