G2X TAKE: Aderas, a small business that specializes in implementing, extending, managing, and tuning enterprise applications, databases, applications servers, as well as custom software and IT development, recently added this 5-year Defense Health Agency purchase order to provide program management and technical support for the EIRB. This follow-on contract, valued at $11.4M, was not competed and identified as only one source.

- The EIRB is a world-wide, 24/7 accessible web-based business platform that allows horizontal and vertical multi-level transparency to foster collaboration, submission, management, tracking, oversight, auditing, and reporting of clinical and graduate medical education research and related projects throughout their life cycle. “Aderas provides Tier III application support to the EIRB DOD research protection program.” More here.
