“Helping lead the Quality Improvement and Innovation Group (QIIG) within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) for the past few years has been one of the best experiences in my life. I have been able to serve on the agency’s Opioid Steering Committee, help develop the CMS Person and Family Engagement Strategy, and co-lead QIIG operations, including expanding on the Program’s Beneficiary and Family Centered Care activities and recently helping lay the foundations for the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) Program’s future work.”
“As some of you may know, I have just been selected to a new role as Deputy Director for Operations of CCSQ. I am excited to become a member of the CCSQ front office family, and I look forward to the new opportunities that the position will bring!” Source: Jeneen Iwugo
