CMS SPARC Primes stockpiling talent, two industry leaders on the move

G2X TAKE: CMS is a competitive market, but the experience both of these respective industry veterans have developed, the relationships they have grown, and the insights they have acquired over time, should position them, and their new companies well heading into 2018.

Douglas Kelly, whose history includes more than a decade of experience as a senior executive for some of the biggest names in the Federal Health sector takes on a new challenge as a Principal for the Federal Civilian Health group at Accenture. Kelly’s previous roles have included time as CMS Account General Manager and P&L leader for an 800 FTE business unit supporting CMS.

Steven Greenspan has taken a new role with Telligen as its Director of Information Management where he will oversee the company’s efforts on multiple ongoing support center contracts. His 30-year IT background includes 10+ years in Healthcare IT while leading capture efforts on key IDIQ contracts and as a delivery leader for multiple CMS efforts. Telligen continues to be focused on what they call “Healthcare Intelligence” as they bring their unique combination of deep clinical and technical expertise.

Over the course of the next few months, G2Xchange Health will be standing up and enhancing a new permanent portion of our site intended to help you identify potential opportunities you and your firm may want to evaluate.  We want your feedback!!

Round One – January 2019 – A searchable list of over 50 contracts that are expected to expire in FY 2019 have been loaded. Each includes a very basic set of data about each. Did we already say we want your feedback?! Contact us at and let us know what you think.

Round Two – By the end of January, you can expect to see another couple hundred opportunities that cut across Q2, Q3, and Q4 of FY19 and the first part of FY20.
