G2X TAKE: In a move that was expected and announced as part of the FY17 forecast, CMS has awarded a $23M short term logical follow-on task for ICD&A to the incumbent, with the plan to conduct a competitive procurement in advance of the February 2018 completion date.
The J&A states that the 15-month extension given to Northrop Grumman is intended to align the timing of the renewal around a range of related task orders and objectives.
