G2X TAKE: Another day and yet another win for global consultancy KPMG who maintains a dedicated focus on Healthcare transformation, program integrity, business transformation, and data analytics, as they beat out four other bidders to be awarded a new 3-year task to support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid’s Office of Burden Reduction & Health Informatics and its patients over paperwork initiative. The task, valued at $9M, was competed and awarded on the CMS Enterprise Operations Blanket Purchase Agreement.
Work under this task will include collection, analysis, categorization, tracking, and storage of customer feedback through HCD and other qualitative and quantitative research and providing HCD support for existing and future projects.
- This award builds on a string of recent wins for this group at CMS, to include a recent $31M Spend Optimization Support task; a $25M Operating Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) support contract; a $17M CMS PPFMG External Audit Program contract; and a Prime win on the new CMS Enterprise Operations BPA; along with an initial Value Based Care Enablement support task on the EOPS BPA.
- Led by a health team that includes the recently promoted Meghan Hendery, Tom Dowd, Young Kim, Tom Matteo and Elena Fenton, KPMG was recently named to the updated list of NXT UP firms poised to make big waves in the Federal sector in 2020 and for years to come.
