G2X TAKE: Bellese Technologies, a small business user-driven service design company that partners with health and civic services clients in the public and private sectors, has been awarded a new 5-year contract to support this national case management and review system administered by CMS Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ). The contract was competed and awarded using GSA IT-70 as a small business set-aside, drawing three overall bidders.
- QMARS is a national case management and review system administered by CCSQ to allow the Beneficiary and Family-Centered Care (BFCC) Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) to track medical records within their organization and perform online case review (Diagnostic Related Groups, Quality, and/or Utilization).
- Led by CEO & Partner Pam Offutt, CTO & Partner John duClos, and Vice President for Client Relations and Growth Strategy, Shelley Gold, Bellese Technologies has seen considerable success in support of CMS over the past decade, growing from a subcontractor on the Consolidated Renal Operations in a Web-Based Network (CROWN) Program, to providing support for a range of CMS Programs and initiatives. These include support for Medicare Cost Estimator and Modern Payment System, Physician Quality Reporting System and Hospital Quality Reporting.
- In addition to GSA IT-70, Bellese serves as Prime partner to CMS on the multiple-award Medicare Payment Systems Modernization (MPSM) BPA and ADELE-QRI BPA.
Included below is a snapshot of Prime obligations for Bellese at CMS by fiscal year. Halfway through 2020, the upward trajectory appears set to continue.
