G2X TAKE: We take note when any firm makes repeated big investments and this small business has been one of the more aggressive on the recruiting trail of late, this time adding a 20+ year veteran of the Federal Health IT sector to help drive their strategic, technical and business direction.
The addition of Raju Prasannappa is just the latest in a string of hires Unissant has made of late, to include adding industry veteran Ken Bonner this past fall as their new EVP in charge of Federal Growth and Macon Hardy as VP of Business Development late last year. Key hires do not guarantee success, but they do signify intent and, while many large and small businesses alike are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the dust to settle with this new Administration, this group is positioning itself and is worth keeping an eye on.
