“Mr. Blackman brings over two decades of successful growth and value to mission critical government healthcare programs — both in the public and private sectors — to the CGI team. In this role, Mr. Blackman will be responsible for strategy development and the execution of business and technology solutions to a diverse set of clients the healthcare sector.”
