G2X TAKE: Building on CACI‘s more than two decades of experience providing IT services and solutions to Veterans Affairs, this $5.7 billion company, whose focus is on mission and enterprise technology and expertise that plays a vital role in our national security, safeguarding our troops, and enabling Government to deliver cost-effective and high-quality support for all Americans, just beat out two other bidders to be awarded a 6-year Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) iFAMS Interface Development contract. The contract was competed and awarded using GSA IT-70.
- CACI recently posted several new job openings seeking staff to join their growing Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) Interface and Data Conversion Team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The team will be supporting the implementation of financial system interfaces and migration of data from legacy systems to Momentum Financials (a COTS product) across the VA for the next 6 years.
- In late 2019, VA released this RFI focused on Financial Management System Modernization Interface and Data Conversion. More here.
- CACI brings direct experience as a Prime supporting a range of projects at programs at VA, to include a 3-year contract awarded in September of 2017 to support VA data conversion support efforts. That CIO-SP3 SB task was originally funded and run out of the USDA OCFO, but was moved back under VA in 2018.
- CACI, who was just noted as one of the 2020 Top Workplaces in the Washington Area, was also recently named to the updated list of NXT UP firms poised to make big waves in the Federal sector in 2020 and for years to come.
