G2X TAKE: Agile Six, a fast-rising Service-Disabled Veteran-owned small business and consultancy, launched in direct response to the US Digital Services program, just picked up their third win this month at CMS, this time beating out two other bidders to be awarded this 4-year task to provide Human Centered Design support services to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This $12.2M task was competed and awarded as a small business set-aside using the Enterprise Agile Transformation Services BPA.
- Big Month: In addition to this HCD win, Agile Six was recently awarded a $49M CMS Medicare Payment System Modernization (MPSM) BPA, and a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Agile Coaching Support task.
- In 2018, the company recruited former CMS Digital leader and two-time FedHealthIT award winner, Dan Levenson, to serve as Chief Strategy Officer and Andy Wilke to serve as Chief Experience Officer. But the addition of Josh Quagliaroli, a former USDS and VA employee, as Director of Strategic Operations last year, is understood to have played a big role in the team’s three wins at CMS this month, as they lean on his unique skill set and non-traditional approach to BD.
- Agile Six is one of 5 Prime awardees named to the EATS BPA, a contract vehicle designed to support CMS Agile transformation efforts by providing coaching support services in areas such as IT management and governance, business process analysis, user-centered design, Agile solution architecture, and design, Agile application development, and DevOps.
- Led by CEO, Robert Rasmussen, Agile Six was recently identified as one of the Federal Health Consulting firms creating a BUZZ.
