G2X TAKE: Continuing to grow its footprint at CMS, 8(a) small business and CMS SPARC Prime Scope Infotech, who has supported the design, development, and management of health IT systems since their inception in 2007, has added two new wins with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
- For the first, Scope Infotech beat out two other bidders to win a 5-year, $3.9M task from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Work is to provide Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Patient-Level Detail (PLD) data collection services for Medicare Advantage. This task was 8(a)-competed using the SPARC contract vehicle.
- For the second award Scope Infotech beat out four other bidders to be awarded a 5-year $12M contract to provide the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services with project management and enterprise architecture support for the execution of improvements to Medicare Enrollments, beneficiary address data, and to strengthen and streamline the cross-agency partnership with the Social Security Administration (SSA) and other Federal Partners. This contract was 8(a) competed using CMS SPARC.
- Scope Infotech is by no means a new face at CMS as this Federally-focused 8(a) STARS II Prime has delivered numerous solutions in support of the Agency, to include a recent $32M CMS Enterprise SharePoint Support Contract and a 5-year CMS Data Center Cloud Migration task.
