AWARD: $82M HHS ACF OCSE Systems Operations and Maintenance contract

Posted (Last updated )

G2X TAKE: Competed on CIO-SP3, the eventual awardee for this 5 year $82M contract received zero competition for this effort to provide O&M and Continuous Service Improvement of the Office of Child Support Enforcement systems, which directly support the core mission of the Child Support Program nationwide.

This is a nice win for incumbent, Lockheed Martin. At this high of a contract value, we are certain several firms evaluated the ability to take this down, but Lockheed must have been viewed as unbeatable as they were the lone bidder. A primary component of the OCSE Federal Systems is the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS).
