Tool Cabinets

The Department of the Army, specifically the MICC-FT Drum, has issued a combined synopsis and solicitation under solicitation number W911S225U1218 for the procurement of 14-drawer double bank rolling tool cabinets. These steel cabinets must be constructed of at least 18-gauge steel with dimensions of at least 42 inches wide, 38 inches tall, and 22 inches deep. Technical requirements include ball-bearing drawer slides with minimum load capacities of 125 pounds, with at least one drawer supporting 200 pounds, and a total cabinet load capacity of no less than 1,800 pounds. The units must feature 6-by-2-inch ball-bearing casters, side-mounted metal handles, top vinyl mats, and be finished in a uniform color with gloss, chemical-resistant paint.
