R--Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract--United States Army Training Requirements & Resources System ("ATRRS") Procurement.

The Army Contracting Command National Capital Region ("ACC-NCR"), on the behalf of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Army G-1, Directorate of Military Personnel Management ("DAPE-MPT"), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) or 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to ASM Research, Inc., 4050 Legato Road, Suite 1100, Fairfax, VA 22033-2867. ASM Research, Inc. will provide services to support the operations and maintenance of the United States Army Training Requirements & Resources System ("ATRRS"). The place of performance for this work shall be ASM Headquarters in Fairfax, VA, and the Pentagon. This action will result in a Non Commercial, Single Award, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity ("ID/IQ") contract with Firm Fixed Price ("FFP"), Time and Material ("T&M"), and Cost Reimbursable ("CR") Contract Line Item Numbers ("CLINs"), from which FFP and T&M task orders will be issued and funded by each Requiring Activity. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
