The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Norfolk District, intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed-price construction contract for maintenance dredging of the Rudee Inlet Federal Navigation Channel located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Product Service Code (PSC) is ZlKF - Maintenance of Dredging Facilities. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Description of Work The project consists of maintenance dredging of the Ru dee Inlet Federal Navigation Channel in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
