The Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Command (MSCHQ Norfolk), is seeking U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessels for a 23-day dry cargo time charter under solicitation number N3220526R6097. This procurement is classified under NAICS 483111 (Deep Sea Freight Transportation) and PSC V124 (Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Transportation: Marine Charter). The requirement involves up to two vessel awards to transport a minimum of 150 TEUs of containerized ammunition while adhering to all HAZMAT compatibility and segregation regulations.
