RFP#N00189-12-R-Z096 was previously issued for program management, technical environmental compliance, information technology (IT) programming and governance, financial and policy analysis, public outreach, and administrative services in support of The Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), Energy and Environmental Readiness Division (N45). The support is grouped into four functional areas: 1.)Technical Support, 2.)Environmental Program Requirements (EPR) Support, 3.)Strategic Communication and Outreach Support, and 4.)Management Support. The following contracts were awarded as a result of that solicitation: N00189-13-D-Z004 was awarded to Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) in the amount of $13,993,385.81 for the base ordering period and $28,695,178.57 when including the option. N00189-13-D-Z005 was awarded to Science Application International Corporation (SAIC) in the amount of $14,810,221.14 for the base ordering period and $30,541,620.87 when including the option. N00189-13-D-Z006 was awarded to URS Group, Inc. (URS) in the amount of $15,566,983.31 for the base ordering period and $32,230,553.45 when including the option. N00189-13-D-Z007 was awarded to Whitney, Bradley, and Brown (WBB) in the amount of $14,909,913.54 for the base ordering period and $30,110,942.37 when including the option. The base ordering period for the Multiple Award Contracts program is 15 February 2013-14 February 2016. If the option(s) are exercised, the ordering period will be extended through 14 February 2019. Each ordering period (base and option) estimates a total of 185,760 hours of effort (371,520 total hours). The multiple awards are cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contracts that allow for both CPFF and firm, fixed price (FFP) orders.
