Program Manager Counterproliferation (PMCP) Service Support

US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is in the pre-solicitation phase for the Program Manager Counterproliferation (PMCP) Service Support contract. This effort falls under the Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (SOF AT&L) mission and involves the development, testing, training, and sustainment of technologies for Electronic Warfare (EW), Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) operations, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD). The scope also includes addressing Counter-Unmanned System (C-UxS) threats. The government is currently using a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to collect industry feedback on pricing structures, evaluation criteria, and past performance metrics. Work will be based in Tampa, Florida, and is designated as a Small Business Administration (SBA) set-aside. Feedback on the draft materials is due by 1300 hours ET on June 15, 2026. The government has released a draft RFP to gather industry input on evaluation criteria and pricing for the PMCP Service Support contract.
