HVAC Chemical Water Treatment

The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 56 CONS CC at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, has issued solicitation FA488726Q0024 for a full-service HVAC chemical water treatment program. The contractor must provide all management, labor, materials, parts, equipment, transportation, and tools necessary to maintain, service, calibrate, and repair identified equipment in accordance with current ASHRAE Standards. The scope includes chemical water treatment and ancillary equipment cleaning for open and closed loop cooling/condenser water systems, open and closed loop chilled water systems, and closed-loop hot water systems.

This requirement is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) under NAICS code 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, and PSC J036, MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- SPECIAL INDUSTRY MACHINERY. Seven attachments accompany the solicitation, including a Performance Work Statement, wage determination, and environmental guidelines. While the solicitation is active, funds are not currently available for this effort, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without obligation to reimburse offerors for costs.

The response deadline for this solicitation is June 11, 2026.
