STS TACH TIME

The Department of the Army, specifically the W7NA USPFO Activity KYANG 123, has issued this combined synopsis/solicitation under solicitation number W50S8L26QA001 for the STS Tach Time project. The contractor must provide one C-23B Sherpa, Skyvan, or equal capacity aircraft along with aircrews to support various parachute operations, including Military Tandem Tethered Bundle (MTTB), Military Free Fall (MFF), High Altitude Low Opening (HALO), High Altitude High Opening (HAHO), Double Bag Static Line (DBSL), and Static Line (SL) proficiency training. All vendors and aircrews must be U.S. Air Mobility Command (AMC) approved.

Performance will take place at various locations including Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Merced and Elsinore, California, and DeLand, Florida.
