Comprehensive travel management services are clarified in detail in the SOW, but overall, JPL is looking for integrated, policy compliant, and cost-effective travel services that enhance traveler experience, ensure fiscal accountability, and meet all applicable JPL, Federal, and NASA travel requirements.
