THIS IS A SYNOPSIS NOTICE ONLY for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format and procedures in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. MSC intends a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year options periods in accordance with FAR 52.217-9.
